Words can not describe our gratitude for Pathways. They helped make every transition smooth. They have an amazing, loving, compassionate team, who always went above and beyond the call of duty to meet grandmas needs and our family needs. Truly a holistic approach. Grandma was on for a little over six months and we truly benefited from every aspect of Hospice. I pray that every patient and family going through a terminal diagnosis takes the time to listen and learn about the benefits of hospice. It’s not just for the patient, but the family too!!! Thank you Pathways for giving grandma and our family a second family at one of the most vulnerable and difficult times in our lives, and truly giving her the BEST quality of life at the end of her life!!! You will always be a part of our family. Thank you!!!!

There are no words to express to you all who took care of our mother. Our family was at a loss of what direction to take when our mother came home as she wished to, in her final days. You came into her and to our lives and took such great care of her. As our nurse’s aide said, while painting her nails, toes and brushing her hair, “Your mom is going to look beautiful when she goes up to heaven.” Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

How can we ever thank you? Thank you to everyone that was able to be a part of our mom’s last days. XX made our mom even more beautiful than she already was, by doing her nails, painting her toenails, fixing her hair. She looked beautiful while going to heaven! We couldn’t have gotten through all of this without your services. Thank you for all that you do!

This is why I love my job…Every elderly person has had a life full of love, pain, hard work, hardship, and happiness. It’s my pleasure and a blessing to bring more happiness to their last days…I see them…The life left in their eyes and heart, even when the body no longer cooperates…I’m the hugs when no one visits, the shoulder when they need to cry, the ears when they need a listener, and the laughter when they need a smile…SEE them…They’re more than just another one to feed or change…They are the past…and because of them, we have a future.

I wanted to thank you again for taking time to conduct the service for R. I received many wonderful comments about the service and they said it was exactly as R. would have wanted. We felt the same way. It was a wonderful celebration of our mother’s life.

Thank you to your entire team at Pathways to Compassion Hospice for making this difficult time for our family much easier as we worked through the final phase of R’s life and her passing.

There are no words to express how much it means to my family and especially to me that you were so loving and kind to our mother…You allowed her to have the end of life experience that we all hope for…peaceful and painless.Daughter of a patient.

My family and I were so overwhelmed with the love and care shown to our mother as well as to us. Never have we met such a loving, dedicated, cohesive group of caregivers. We feel honored that your team cared for our mother.Son of a patient.

I could not have hand-picked a better team to care for her. You were all professional, knowledgeable, reassuring, but most of all compassionate and loving.Daughter of a patient.

I don’t think ‘Thank you’ or ‘friend’ are words big enough to describe what you are to me. You always give comfort, understanding, love and you’ve stuck by me. You’re a part of my heart. Thanks for all that you do for me and many others. You’re an angel here on earth.Spouse of a patient.

Knowing Dad is celebrating Easter with Jesus is a wonderful thought to embrace. We are so happy he is celebrating ‘new life’.Daughter of a patient.

How does one thank those who adopted a man and cared from him in death? Thank you all for knowing what to do and how to do it. For loving him, listening to him, understanding him, caring for him physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Thank you for your respect and compassion.

Thank you for the comfort and care you provided my father/husband. Selecting a hospice is very overwhelming, so we thought. Your office made it so easy. Every person we have come in contact with have that ‘loving, fun, feel-at-ease’ personality. Thanks so much for what you do, and all you do!
